Staying Out of the Cold
With the freezing temps and the frigid wind chills, getting out for a good run is harder than ever. If you can't face the outdoors and don't have access to a treadmill. Take time to do some strength training. Over the past few months I've been doing planks almost everyday and have noticed great results. Check out Bek's post about planks for some instruction.
