Oklahoma Running Mom: Reset Run

Kristin Armstrong is officially my favorite running writer. I was offline during the season so didn't have a chance to read this article until now. What perfect timing, I just finished writing down some of my goals for the New Year. Please take time to let this article inspire you too.
