Training Programs

Over the past couple of days I've been in contact with the staff over at Fleet Feet. I have to say, they are some of the most enthusiastic and helpful people I've worked with. They run the largest training program in the region. Just this spring they've had over 600 people in their spring versions of No Boundaries, Next Steps and Marathon/Half Training. A lot of people have asked me what they need to do to get started. Well, here's the perfect tool. You don't have to be a hard core runner to be in these groups; in fact, you don't even have to run. There's room for walkers as well. Check it out and see if it's something that would work for you.
