This morning on our walk my friend and I were talking about how to avoid foods with sodium. (Aren't you jealous that you couldn't be a part of such an interesting conversation???) I agree, none I eat either. Yet, no worries on your salt consumption right now. When your pregnant your actually supposed to increase the amount. :)
