Now that I've thoroughly enjoyed my Thanksgiving weekend and eaten leftover pie for almost every meal, it's time to get back on track. No excuses! I woke up this morning for a run and actually felt a lot better than I thought I would. I know that life will only get busier between now and the New Year but don't let yourself become complacent about your exercise. It's okay not to run a million miles a day but do something to keep fit.
I'm planning on running the Jingle Bell Walk/Run for Arthritis. It's for a good cause and will keep me motivated. I would love for you to join me!
