We're All in this Together

No this isn't High School Musical but the cheesy song was playing through my head as I met so many wonderful women at the Race for the Cure. I was reminded how important it is to support each other as we work to reach our goals. I ran with the Fleet Feet Strollin' Moms this morning and was impressed with the number of women who showed up. One commented that she could get out and work out anytime if she had someone to do it with. If you're having a hard time finding motivation or know someone who is, make sure you work together to create a support system.
