Going along with Em's entry for new year's resolution here's a list of excuses we give ourselves to get out of a workout and how to overcome them. I've been lacking motivation to run very much lately, so if anyone has some motivating tips, give us a shout!

I am not a runner, yet, but I really liked this post. I found that the excuses applied to doing any workout, and now I feel more motivated to keep my goals no matter what.
