Another Rainy Day Workout

Here's a great lower body workout I found for an indoor workout. It's pretty intense so make sure you do the warm-up. To lessen the soreness afterwards cool down with some good stretching.

Want a full body workout? Add the upper body workout from last week plus some toe-raises (for your calves) to make it complete!
