Words of Wisdom

Have you ever heard of intuitive eating? My four year old niece has this concept mastered. I'm going to try and adopt her words of wisdom to enjoy a healthier New Year.

Sometimes, your tongue wants more and more, but you got to listen to your tummy because he says, 'I'm full.'
