I found a great article on Runner'sWorld.Com that talks about how regular foods can assist in the healing process. I'm usually skeptical about taking a million different supplements (I do take some) so learning about how normal foods can help heal is a point of interest to me. The more I learn about food, the more I become obsessed with blueberries. I could eat them every day...good thing they're good for me. Also, the more I learn about sugar, the more I know I need to cut back (arg!). Check out what you can do to help your body heal.
