My New Favorite "Light" Ice Cream

Blue Bell Ice Cream is basically the best thing since....umm...I can't think of anything to compare to the tasty goodness of Blue Bell (can you tell I'm a little obsessed?). With the scepticism of my husband, we decided to try the new Light Homemade Vanilla flavor. All I can say is, "Blue Bell, you never cease to amaze me." I'm actually enjoying it right now with some fresh strawberries.

If you're an ice cream fanatic like me, please give this light version a shot! You won't be disappointed.
