Running in the Rain

Because of our current weather predicament and the fact that a bunch of people will be participating in the aquarium run tomorrow, I thought I'd post an article about running in the rain. Good luck tomorrow!!

5 Must Knows for Running in the Rain

PS: Remember that even though it's raining, it's still not that cold. Don't over do it on the layers of clothing because you'll be stuck carrying around a lot of soggy clothes which will mean extra weight.
